Christie Peak Express chairlift and Gondola

Night Skiing: Thursday to Monday (Christie Peak Express only), 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Timber & Torch, named for the resort’s legendary trees and Olympian heritage, features bistro-inspired food, including an open-face steak sandwich, the T&T Rachel, hand-cut Parmesan fries, drunken mussels in locally brewed beer, flatbreads and charcuterie boards. In addition to extensive craft beer lineup, Timber & Torch’s two bars serve signature craft cocktails at their outdoor heated patio.

The market offers a delicious selection of specialty coffees, grab-and-go breakfast, deli sandwiches, and fresh pastries. Shop our convenient grocery items including sundries, snacks, wine and beer.
- Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the kitchen will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily. There will be no lunch service during the off-season.
- Starting Nov. 19, we will begin winter hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The kitchen will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily through the winter.
- We will likely be closed on Thanksgiving day, November 24 (TBD).
Saddles Lounge

Hang up your skis, kick off your boots and cozy up to the fireplace with your favorite cocktail or stop in slopeside for a quick lunch. A tasty appetizer menu is served as well as a selection of sandwiches, salads, pizza and much more. You’ll also find one of the best decks in Steamboat to take in all the natural beauty the area has to offer. There are Happy Hour specials daily and you can enjoy live après music throughout the season.
- Through Nov. 18, the kitchen will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
- Starting Nov. 19, we will begin pre-winter hours of 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
- We will likely be closed on Thanksgiving day, Nov. 24 (TBD).

Situated on the upper level of our Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club clubhouse, its indoor dining area and outdoor deck overlook the course’s driving and putting ranges, providing stunning 360-degree vistas of Yampa Valley and the mountains beyond.
- Cart service will be be available daily on the course, weather permitting, until Oct. 16.
- The Rolling Stone golf course closes for the season on Oct. 16.

Rollingstone Golf Course
One of the best golf courses in Colorado, this Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course opened for 18-hole play in the summer of 1974. The surface consists of bentgrass/poa annua greens and bluegrass/ryegrass fairways and roughs. Sixty-six fairway and greenside sand bunkers come into play on all 18 holes, with almost 70% of them protecting the large, undulating greens. Our Sheraton Shuttle will take you to this golf course.
